Sazaby’s began with a simple, sunny idea: strolling by the ocean, feeling the golden LA sun and the gentle sea breeze, we wanted food that could refresh both body and soul. We dreamed of meals that make everyday life feel a little like a special getaway—delicious, healthy, and full of energy.
Our Wanpaku Sandwiches are playful, colorful creations packed with wholesome vegetables and protein. (“Wanpaku” means “playful” in Japanese, reflecting the fun, bold layers we love to make.) Our Acai Bowls are 100% organic, made from whole fruits with no artificial sweeteners—pure, nourishing, and full of flavor.
Rooted in our Japanese heritage and inspired by LA’s vibrant diversity, we’re reimagining the classic American sandwich in a fresh, joyful style. Every dish is made with love, care, and a little touch of sunshine, bringing energy, happiness, and a sense of fun to every bite.
